# Requirements

In order to use the LiveID+ service, the following requirements must be met:

## Supported Browsers

**Notice:**

- Only customers (callers) can access from mobile devices.
- Operators must use a desktop platform:
  - For Windows devices, Chrome (latest version) is recommended.
  - For Apple macOS devices, Chrome (latest version) or Safari (latest version) is recommended.

**Mandatory:** Communication allowed on port **TCP 443** to any, used for HTTPS and TURNS communication.

**Recommended:** UDP communication allowed from port **49152 to 65535** (WebRTC) towards these IP addresses:

**Notice:** The use of LiveID+ with a VPN that does not have split tunnel enabled is **not recommended** as it can increase latency.
