## Highlights

Added support for sending OTP codes via WhatsApp as an alternative to SMS and email.

## Improvements

- `sendOtp` with invalid `templateId` now returns error code 99 ("OTP was not sent")
- `getLraCapabilities` now returns `WHATSAPP` in `otp.allowed` when the LRA is authorized
