# Reset Credentials

This procedure allows you to update your password and reset all the [second authentication factors](/products/mynamirial/faq#what-is-the-second-authentication-factor).

From the [login page](/products/mynamirial/manuals/login), click **Forgot Password?** link to reset your credentials.

Insert your email and click **Send reset email**.

An email will be sent to you. Click the button **Choose a new password** on the email to start the procedure.

Enter a new password in both the **New Password** and **Confirm Password** fields (both fields must contain the same value). Click the **Update password** button.
