# Profile & Privacy

Each MyNamirial account includes a personal profile and privacy settings that the user can manage directly.

## Profile information

The profile stores the personal data associated with the account:

| Field | Notes |
|  --- | --- |
| First and last name | Displayed across Namirial services |
| Email address | Used as the account identifier and for communications |
| Phone number | Optional; may be required by specific services |


## Account settings

From the account settings the user can:

- change their password;
- enable or disable two-step verification;
- register or remove passkeys;
- link or unlink federated external accounts.


## Privacy

Personal data is managed in compliance with the applicable privacy regulations. Users can review and update their privacy preferences directly from the account interface.

The **Privacy** page includes a consent option for receiving marketing communications from Namirial via email. Users can select or deselect this option and save their choice at any time.
