# Reset Credentials

This procedure allows you to reset your login credentials:

* Username
* Password
* Second authentication factor (see [here](/products/mynamirial/user-guide/faq#what-is-the-second-authentication-factor) for more details)


From the [login page](/products/mynamirial/user-guide/login), click **Forgot Password?** link to reset your credentials.

Insert your email and click **Submit**.

An email will be sent to you.

Click the button "**Choose a new password**" on the email to start the procedure.

If you already have a second authentication factor, you will be asked to create a new one.

Enter a new password in both the **New Password** and **Confirm Password** fields (both fields must contain the same value). Click the **Submit** button.
