This guide explains how issuers search, filter, and review EviPost transactions in the My EviPosts list. Use this page when you need to find a specific certified postal communication, review its postal progress, or open the available actions and details.
This page focuses on EviPost-specific list behavior. For the common search, report, and refresh workflow shared across services, see Search and filters. EviPost updates reflect physical postal operations, so status changes may arrive less frequently than in digital services.

You can locate the EviPost you need, interpret the main filters, columns, results, and statuses in the list, and open the transaction details or available quick actions.
Problem: You expect to find an EviPost, but it does not appear in the list.
Cause: The current scope, search term, or active filters may exclude the transaction.
Solution:
- Switch between
OwnerandOrganization. - Clear the search term and search again.
- Review the active filters and visible columns.
- Use the shared Search and filters guide if you need broader filtering steps.
Problem: You can see the EviPost, but it is not clear how the Result and Status columns relate to each other.
Cause: EviPost exposes both the current process status and the reported postal outcome, and these values do not always represent the same phase of the workflow.
Solution:
- Review both the
ResultandStatuscolumns together. - Open Details for the full event history.
- Compare the values with the definitions in States and outcomes.
Problem: The EviPost appears in the list, but the latest postal event is not visible yet.
Cause: Physical postal updates may not be available immediately, or the list may not have refreshed since the last operator update.
Solution:
- Use Refresh if it is available.
- Reload the page if needed.
- Check the transaction details for the recorded postal events.
- Allow additional time if the postal operator has not yet reported the next event.
