EviSign transactions

This guide explains how issuers search, filter, and review EviSign transactions in the EviSigns list. Use this page when you need to find a signature workflow, switch between the available role views, review the outcome, or open the available actions and details.

This page focuses on EviSign-specific list behavior. For the common search, report, and refresh workflow shared across services, see Search and filters. EviSign can expose different folders depending on the selected role in the signature workflow.

Prerequisites

  • You are signed in as an issuer.
  • You have permission to view EviSign transactions for your user or organization.

Open the EviSigns list

  1. Sign in to Namirial Notify.
  2. Open Submission tracking → EviSigns.
  3. Review the current grid.

In many environments, the default view shows active EviSign transactions for the selected role. In issuer workflows, that usually means the Owner role with the Active folder selected.

These are UI/search labels and can vary slightly by environment or view. They do not necessarily map one-to-one to persisted EviSign evidence states or signer party statuses. For source-backed terminology, see EviSign evidence lifecycle and EviSign signer party lifecycle.

Open details or quick actions

  1. Find the EviSign you want to inspect.
  2. Open the row actions menu.
  3. Select Details.
  4. Review the transaction history, content, details, and available affidavits.

Depending on the state of the transaction, the actions menu can also include options such as reusing the EviSign, opening it in a new tab, or downloading related files.

For the details view and affidavit downloads, continue to Transaction details and affidavit downloads.

Expected result

You can locate the EviSign you need, switch to the correct role and folder, interpret the main outcomes and statuses in the list, and open the transaction details or available quick actions.

Troubleshooting

The expected EviSign is not visible

Problem: You expect to find an EviSign, but it does not appear in the list.

Cause: The current role or folder may exclude the transaction.

Solution:

  1. Review the selected role.
  2. Review the selected folder.
  3. Clear the search term and search again.
  4. Use the shared Search and filters guide if you need broader filtering steps.

The role or folder is difficult to interpret

Problem: You can see EviSign transactions, but it is not clear why they appear under a specific role or folder.

Cause: EviSign separates the list by relationship to the workflow, such as issuer, signer, or notified user, and then groups results again by folder or outcome.

Solution:

  1. Check whether you are viewing Owner, Signer, or Notified.
  2. Compare the selected folder with the current status or outcome shown in the row.
  3. Open Details for the full event history.
  4. Compare the values with the definitions in States and outcomes.

The latest update is missing

Problem: The EviSign appears in the list, but the latest signer action is not visible yet.

Cause: The list may not have refreshed since the last signature event or notification update.

Solution:

  1. Use Refresh if it is available.
  2. Reload the page if needed.
  3. Open the transaction details if you need to inspect the recorded events directly.
