# Recipient User Manual

This section helps recipients understand what they received through Namirial Notify and what to do next. Use it to identify the service involved, access the communication or signature request, and understand which actions can be recorded as evidence.

If you first need to understand how Namirial Notify services differ or what states and affidavits mean, start from [Services](/products/namirialnotify/services) and [User Guides](/products/namirialnotify/user-guides).

## What this section covers

Use this section if you need to:

- identify whether you received an EviMail, EviSMS, EviNotice, EviPost, or EviSign
- understand whether the certified content is delivered directly or accessed through a secure link
- review or respond to a certified communication
- complete any required access step, such as opening a link, answering a challenge, or entering a PIN
- understand which recipient actions can be recorded as evidence
- find the right guide for the communication or signature request you received

## Before you start

Before using these guides, make sure that:

- you have access to the email inbox, mobile device, or postal address used for the communication
- you know which message, notice, letter, or signature request you need to review
- if the sender required an access check, you have the needed information available, such as a challenge answer or PIN delivery channel
- if you have questions about the business content of the communication, you know who the issuer or sender is

## How to choose the right guide

- If the certified content arrived on your phone by SMS or RCS, use [How a recipient receives an EviSMS](/products/namirialnotify/recipient/receive-evisms).
- If you received a notification with a secure link to read the content on Namirial Notify, use [How a recipient receives an EviNotice](/products/namirialnotify/recipient/receive-evinotice).
- If you received a physical postal communication, use [How a recipient receives an EviPost](/products/namirialnotify/recipient/receive-evipost).
- If you received a request to review and sign documents, use [How a recipient receives an EviSign](/products/namirialnotify/recipient/receive-evisign).
