# Id Hub — Overview ID Hub is Namirial's central identity layer. It consolidates a person's identifiers, documents and biometric evidence, tracks verification statuses across modules, and exposes standards-based authentication (OIDC) for relying parties. It focuses on identity linking, assurance levels, consent and auditability. ## ID Hub **Identity Verification & Authentication** Namirial Onboarding supports the use of recognized digital identities to provide a simpler user experience, eliminating the need to upload identity documents. Digital identities provide a secure and convenient way for users to authenticate themselves and access services. By leveraging existing digital identity frameworks, businesses can offer a seamless onboarding experience that is both user-friendly and compliant with regulatory standards. This method is particularly useful for users who already have a digital identity and prefer to use it for quick and secure access. The supported eIDs are: * SPID (IT) * Carta di Identità Elettronica (IT) * GermanID (DE) **Functional Specs (eIDAS-aligned)** * Identity profile: a single record that aggregates identifiers (email/phone/customer IDs), attributes, and provenance. * Linking & deduplication: merge candidates detected via deterministic/heuristic rules with operator approval when required. * Verification statuses: consolidated view (ID Doc, biometrics, data checks) with timestamps, evidence pointers and lifecycle. * Authentication: built-in OIDC provider for first-party relying parties (authorization, tokens, userinfo, JWKS). * Assurance levels & policies: map checks to LoA/AAL; enforce step-up/step-down based on risk and context. * Consent & privacy controls: purposes, retention, revocation and data-subject access traces. * Audit trail: immutable log of actions, decisions, attribute changes, and token events. * Events & webhooks: publish profile/verification changes to subscribed systems.
