Displays information about renewal status of a request

Endpoint: GET /api/v1/requests/{id}/renewal_status/

## Path parameters:

    The response status message

## Response 200 fields (application/json):

  - `request_is_renewable` (boolean)
    Shows if the request is eligible for renewal

  - `renewal_enabled` (boolean)
    Shows if the request has renewal enabled

  - `reason` (string)
    Detailed reason of the current status
