If, when attempting to log in, you see the following screen:

Or if you encounter reachability error messages like the following:

Timestamp error

There may be a connection issue preventing Namirial Sign from properly reaching its services.

Namirial Sign uses an internal HTTPS channel between the frontend and backend; any interception or modification of certificates can prevent it from functioning correctly.

It is possible that an Antivirus, Firewall, or Proxy is blocking the application's internal communication.

Check with your IT department that the following URLs are authorized for HTTPS traffic:

  • https://*.namirial.app/
  • https://dist.bit4id.com/namirialsign_win
  • https://dist.bit4id.com/namirialsign_mac
  • https://sws.firmacerta.it/
  • https://*.namirialtsp.com/
  • https://*.namirialarchive.com/

And ensure that the Antivirus or Proxy does not replace SSL certificates (SSL certificate inspection/swapping).
