The contacts section allows users to store and manage contact details for easier access when sending envelopes.

If contacts are configured within this settings the contact can later be used in the creation phase of a new envelope/template to ensure efficiency in the workflow.

  • Add new contacts

  • Edit contacts

Add new contact

For adding a new contact the following data needs to be provided:

  • Given Name

  • Surname

  • Email

  • Phone (optional)

  • Language

Delete contacts

To delete a contact pleae follow the following process:

  • Click on bin icon

  • Delete the selected contact

Multi-select on contacts

The multi-select feature allows users to select multiple contacts simultaneously and perform batch actions for improved efficiency.
