Service logs are stored in the running Docker containers.
To view logs from all services, run this command from the Optimizer directory (e.g. /opt/optimizer_docker/):
docker-compose logsFor continuous output (follow mode), use:
docker-compose logs -fUse these logs for troubleshooting and monitoring One-Shot signature operations.
When you report an incident and we request logs, please capture the log output to a text file and share that file with us. For example, run docker-compose logs and redirect the output to a file:
docker-compose logs > oneshot-logs.txtYou can append a timestamp to the filename (e.g. oneshot-logs-20250204.txt) to identify when the capture was taken. Sending the logs in a text file makes it easier for us to analyze the issue.
