New OTP type: EXTERNAL_OTP
eID Germany by Adesso is enabled to enroll a disposable with the enrollDisposableWitheIDAssertion method.

This version was released on 2024-XX-XX

Now it is possible to use the German eID provided by Adesso to enroll a disposable (Check also How to enroll a disposable with an assertion provided by an authorized eID).
Use these values:
- country: DE
- eIDType: EID-ADESSO
Check this page for the mapping between the values in the authentication token and in the certificate.
Now it is possible to use the EXTERNAL_OTP in the DisposableOtpType in the standard enroll methods.
To use EXTERNAL_OTP as OTP the LRA has to be authorized
The method enrollDisposableExternalOtp is no longer needed, It is possible to use the genericenroll method specifying DisposableCertificate.otpType = EXTERNAL_OTP.
