# Quickstart Guide

This quickstart is for customers and partners who access Namirial One Platform for the first time and need to start operating on an organization, activate services, and monitor usage.

Use it as a practical first-run checklist. It focuses on the actions normally required to move from access to an active service, without going into implementation details.

## Before You Start

Make sure you have received the required access and operational information from Namirial or from your organization administrator.

| What you need | Why it matters |
|  --- | --- |
| MyNamirial account | Used to sign in to One Platform. |
| Access to the right organization | Defines the customers, users, services, and contracts you can manage. |
| Assigned platform role | Controls which actions are available to you. |
| Product or service information | Identifies which service you need to activate or monitor. |
| Customer or end-customer data | Required when creating or validating a service activation. |

If any of these elements is missing, contact your Namirial reference or your organization administrator before continuing.

## First Access

### 1. Sign in

Open the One Platform web portal and sign in with your MyNamirial credentials.

After sign-in, One Platform shows only the organizations and functions available to your account. If you expect to see a specific organization or function and it is not available, your account may need an additional role or organization assignment.

### 2. Select the organization

Choose the organization you want to work with.

The selected organization is the operational context for the session. Customers, contracts, users, services, and consumptions are shown according to that organization and to your permissions.

For partners, this is especially important because the organization context determines which customer portfolio or commercial flow you are managing.

### 3. Check users and responsibilities

Before activating services, confirm that the right people can access the organization.

Typical checks include:

- organization users are present;
- roles match each person's responsibility;
- administrators can manage users and organization settings;
- operational users can access the functions they need.

For more details, see the [Administrator Guide](/products/oneplatform/one-platform-knowledge-center/05-administrator-guide/administrator-guide-overview).

## Activate a Service

### 4. Find or create the customer context

Open the customer area and verify that the customer or end customer involved in the activation is available.

Check the data required for the service, such as:

- company or person identification data;
- fiscal and billing information;
- contact details;
- product-specific information, when required.

For partners, the customer may represent the end customer receiving the service. For direct customers, it may represent your own organization or one of its legal entities.

### 5. Create the contract

Create a contract for the customer and add the service lines required by the product or commercial offer.

The contract groups the information needed to activate one or more services. During this step, review:

- contract type;
- customer and legal entity;
- billing subject, if different from the service recipient;
- selected products, SKUs, or service lines;
- required activation data.

The contract starts as a draft while information is being completed. For service-specific activation details, see the relevant service documentation, such as [French eInvoice](/products/oneplatform/one-platform-knowledge-center/03-products-and-modules/02-namirial-services/01-french-einvoice/french-einvoice-overview).

### 6. Complete pending information

If a service line requires additional data, complete the missing information before final confirmation.

Depending on the product, this may include provisioning data, signing data, billing data, or product-specific attributes.

Use this step to verify that the contract reflects the intended commercial and operational setup before moving forward.

### 7. Confirm and follow activation

Confirm the contract when all required information is complete.

One Platform then moves the activation through the expected lifecycle. Depending on the service, activation may include provisioning, signing, or other product-specific processing.

Monitor the contract status until the service is completed or active. If the activation remains pending or fails, check the missing information and contact the appropriate Namirial support channel when needed.

## Monitor Usage

### 8. Review active services

After activation, verify that the service is visible in the platform and associated with the correct customer, organization, and business relation.

This confirms that the service can be monitored and, where applicable, connected to billing or reporting flows.

### 9. Check consumptions

Open the consumptions area to monitor product usage.

Consumptions help you understand how a service is being used over time. Depending on the product, metrics may represent transactions, documents, volume, or other usage indicators.

Typical views include:

| View | Use it to |
|  --- | --- |
| Latest consumptions | Check the most recent usage values. |
| Aggregated by customer or relation | Review usage for a specific customer, contract, or business relation. |
| Aggregated by period | Follow usage trends over time. |

For details about metrics and usage data, see [Key Concepts - Consumptions](/products/oneplatform/one-platform-knowledge-center/01-get-started/02-key-concepts/key-concepts#consumptions).
