# Web Platform

This section documents the main areas of the One Platform web application and explains how customers and partners use them during daily operations.

The web platform is the operational entry point for organization management, customer management, service activation, and usage monitoring.

## What This Section Covers

| Area | Purpose |
|  --- | --- |
| Organization context | Select the organization where users, customers, contracts, and services are managed. |
| Users and roles | Review organization users and verify that each user has the right permissions. |
| Customers | Search, inspect, and manage the customer or end-customer context used for service activation. |
| Contracts | Create and follow the activation process for one or more services. |
| Active services | Check which services are available for an organization or customer. |
| Consumptions | Monitor service usage through product metrics and aggregated views. |
| Administration | Manage organization-level configuration and operational settings, where available. |


## Audience

Use this section if you are:

- a customer operating directly on your organization;
- a partner managing services for end customers;
- an administrator responsible for users and access;
- an operational user who needs to activate or monitor services.


## Typical Navigation Flow

1. Sign in with MyNamirial.
2. Select the organization to work with.
3. Verify users and access rights.
4. Search or create the customer context.
5. Create or review contracts and service activations.
6. Check active services.
7. Monitor consumptions and operational status.
