- By cloning an envelope the recipients as well as the documents and settings will be cloned to a new draft. This helps to start again an envelope with the same configuration

A text search filter is available, enabling users to quickly locate a specific envelope within the list. By entering relevant keywords, users can refine their search results and find envelopes more efficiently. The search will apply instantly while typing.
The page provides an option to start a new signature request directly. This feature allows users to create and send envelopes that require electronic signatures, streamlining the signature collection process.
After clicking on the start signature request button you will be redirected to the Designer.
Users can apply filters to customize the display of envelopes based on specific criteria. This helps in narrowing down results and improving accessibility to relevant envelopes.

The multi-select feature allows users to select multiple envelopes simultaneously and perform batch actions for improved efficiency.
For example if the following envelopes are selected with the main options (Sign, Remind and Download) only deleting is possible in multi-selection:

If just the envelopes with the main actions “Sign” and “Download” are selected the possible actions on multi-selection is “Delete”:

Depending on the status of the envelope there are different main and additional actions available to directly interact with a specific envelope.

Deletes an envelope entirely from the Namirial Sign Enterprise. We strongly recommend, in case of formerly signed documents, to store the signed document and the audit trail which is the legal evidence, in a DMS before deleting an envelope from the platform - but keep in mind that envelopes may also be deleted automatically when the document retention period is configured for the organization. Blocks an envelope from further signing activities, but the envelope remains available on Namirial Sign Enterprise. Dialog for cancelling an envelope:

The reminder for envelope will send a notification to the recipient to take actions on the sent envelope. The sender will be informed via toast message that the reminder was successfully sent to the recipient.
With the download option the user can download the available documents. If only one document is available for download the process for downloading start immediately. If there are multiple documents available for download the following dialog will be shown in order to allow the user which documents needs to be downloaded:

The audit trail is an evidence on all activities related to the envelope done by various persons involved (sender and signers, etc). In case of an Advanced Electronic Signature, the Audit Trail PDF will be an important legal evidence on how the signature was provided, and to give a proof on the signing procedure.
Only expired envelopes can be restarted!
Default expiration date: 28 days
When restarting an expired envelope, the formerly given signatures of finished activities remain, and the signature workflow is being continued with the next pending activity.
There are two available configurations for setting a new expiration date
- Set duration with the values days, hours and minutes
- Set date/time
