# Create your account

Create a Namirial account with your email address and a password, then verify your email to activate it.

## Before you begin

- Have access to the email inbox you want to associate with your account: you will receive an activation link there.
- Choose a password that meets the requirements shown in the registration form.
- If you already have an account, follow [Sign in](/products/mynamirial/manuals/login) or [Recover credentials](/products/mynamirial/manuals/reset).


The screenshots below show the English interface in the demo environment. Select an image to view it at full size.

## 1. Open the registration form

Open [MyNamirial](https://my.namirial.app). On the sign-in page, select **Create Namirial account** below the sign-in options.

## 2. Enter your account details

Complete the fields in **Create your Namirial account**:

| Field | What to enter |
|  --- | --- |
| **Email** | The email address you want to use for your account and can access for verification. |
| **New Password** | A password that meets all the requirements listed below. |
| **Confirm password** | The same password again. |
| **Residence country** | Your country of residence. |


The password requirements shown in the form are:

- Between **10 and 32 characters**.
- At least **one digit**, **one lowercase letter** and **one uppercase letter**.
- At least **one special character** that is neither a letter nor a number.


Use the eye icon beside a password field if you need to check what you entered. The requirements panel indicates which conditions are satisfied.

All four fields are required; marketing consent is optional.
Read the **Privacy Policy** linked below the fields. The checkbox for receiving marketing communications by email is **optional**: leave it unchecked if you do not wish to give that consent. Although it is selected in the example, it is not required to create the account.

Select **Create Namirial account** to submit the form. To return to sign-in instead, select **Back to Login**.

## 3. Check your inbox

The **Please verify your account** page confirms that an email has been sent and displays the destination address. Your email address must be verified to activate the account.

Open the inbox for the address used in the form and look for the **Verify email** message. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder, then use **Resend email** on the verification page if needed.

## 4. Confirm your email

In the message headed **Confirm your email**, select **CONFIRM YOUR EMAIL** to open the verification link in your browser.

If the button does not open the link, use your email client's **Copy Link Address** action on the button and paste the copied address into your browser, as described in the message.

Follow any instructions displayed after opening the link. Once email verification is complete, continue to [Sign in](/products/mynamirial/manuals/login) if prompted to access your account.

## If you cannot complete registration

| Situation | What to do |
|  --- | --- |
| The password does not meet the requirements | Review the requirements panel and adjust the password. Enter the same value in both password fields. |
| The verification email has not arrived | Check the destination address shown on the verification page and your spam folder; use **Resend email** to request another message. |
| The email button does not open | Copy the button's link address and open it in your browser. |
| You already have an account but cannot remember the password | Use [Recover credentials](/products/mynamirial/manuals/reset). |
