# Admin overview

This section helps operational admins manage a Namirial Notify site after it has been provisioned. Use these guides to configure site defaults, administer users and permissions, manage templates and domains, review operational activity, and handle reporting, archiving, and credits.

If you need platform concepts first, start from the [User Guides](/products/namirialnotify/user-guides). If you need provisioning or reseller tasks, continue to the [Deployment and Provisioning Guides](/products/namirialnotify/deployment).

## Before you start

Before applying administrative changes, make sure that:

- you are signed in with the required admin permissions for the site
- the feature you want to use is enabled for your organization, because some options such as reports, templates, forwarding domains, or long-term archiving can depend on your subscription or configuration
- you understand whether the setting you are changing applies to the full site, a specific user, or a single transaction
- you understand that site and user profile defaults apply to web sending forms, while API and web service submissions must provide their own values
