# EviMail transactions

This guide explains how issuers search, filter, and review EviMail transactions in the **My EviMails** list. Use this page when you need to find a specific certified email, check its delivery progress, or open the available actions and details.

This page focuses on EviMail-specific list behavior. For the common search, report, and refresh workflow shared across services, see [Search and filters](/products/namirialnotify/issuer/transactions-search).

## Prerequisites

- You are signed in as an issuer.
- You have permission to view EviMail transactions for your user or organization.

## Open the My EviMails list

1. Sign in to Namirial Notify.
2. Open `Submissions Tracking → My EviMails`.
3. Review the current grid.

In many environments, the default view shows active EviMails associated with your organization. The navigation and grid follow the same layout shown in [EviNotice transactions](/products/namirialnotify/issuer/transactions-search-evinotice).

## Search and filter EviMails

1. Enter a keyword in the search bar.
2. Open the filter panel.
3. Select `Owner` or `Organization`.
4. Select the status tab you want to review.
5. Apply the filters.
6. Use **Refresh** if you need the latest status updates.

Useful search inputs include:

- recipient name
- recipient email address
- subject
- internal reference, if your tenant uses one

Common EviMail tabs include:

- `Draft` - a saved EviMail that has not been sent yet
- `Actives` - EviMails that are still in progress
- `Sent` - EviMails that were sent but are not yet confirmed as delivered
- `Delivered` - EviMails that reached the recipient mailbox
- `Undelivered` - EviMails that could not be delivered
- `Closed` - EviMails whose tracking has ended

## Review EviMail columns and statuses

### Common columns

- `Submission` shows the subject and recipient details.
- `From` shows the sender name or email address.
- `Events` shows the EviMail event icons.
- `Creation` shows when the EviMail was created.
- `Status` shows the current status and the last update time.
- The last column can show additional indicators such as attachments or carbon-copy usage.

### Common event indicators

- sent
- opened
- accepted or rejected, when those options were enabled

### Common status values

- `New`
- `Ready`
- `Sent`
- `Delivered`
- `Open`
- `Answered`
- `Failed`
- `Closed`

These status labels can vary slightly by environment or view. For cross-service terminology, see [States and outcomes](/products/namirialnotify/user-guides/states-outcomes).

## Open details or quick actions

1. Find the EviMail you want to inspect.
2. Open the row actions menu.
3. Select **Details**.
4. Review the transaction history, content, details, and available affidavits.

Depending on the state of the transaction, the actions menu can also include options such as reusing the EviMail, opening it in a new tab, or continuing to edit it if it is still a draft.

For the details view and affidavit downloads, continue to [Transaction details and affidavit downloads](/products/namirialnotify/issuer/transaction-details).

## Expected result

You can locate the EviMail you need, interpret the main tabs and statuses in the list, and open the transaction details or available quick actions.

## Troubleshooting

### The expected EviMail is not visible

**Problem:** You expect to find an EviMail, but it does not appear in the list.

**Cause:** The current scope or status tab may exclude the transaction.

**Solution:**

1. Switch between `Owner` and `Organization`.
2. Review the selected tab.
3. Clear the search term and search again.
4. Use the shared [Search and filters](/products/namirialnotify/issuer/transactions-search) guide if you need broader filtering steps.

### The status is difficult to interpret

**Problem:** You can see the EviMail, but the list status does not clearly explain what happened.

**Cause:** EviMail lists can show both tab-level grouping and row-level statuses, and these labels do not always map one-to-one.

**Solution:**

1. Review the event icons in the row.
2. Open **Details** for the full event history.
3. Compare the status with the definitions in [States and outcomes](/products/namirialnotify/user-guides/states-outcomes).

### The latest update is missing

**Problem:** The EviMail appears in the list, but the latest event is not visible yet.

**Cause:** The list may not have refreshed since the last delivery update.

**Solution:**

1. Use **Refresh** if it is available.
2. Reload the page if needed.
3. Open the transaction details if you need to inspect the recorded events directly.
