Problem: You expect to find an EviNotice, but it does not appear in the list.
Cause: The current scope or status tab may exclude the transaction.
Solution:
- Switch between
OwnerandOrganization. - Review the selected tab.
- Clear the search term and search again.
- Use the shared Search and filters guide if you need broader filtering steps.
Problem: You can see the EviNotice, but it is not clear whether the recipient was only notified or actually interacted with the hosted notice.
Cause: EviNotice combines notification-channel events with hosted-notice actions, and the list can expose both tab-level grouping and row-level statuses.
Solution:
- Review the event icons in the row.
- Check whether the transaction appears under
Notified,Accepted,Rejected, orRefused. - Open Details for the full event history.
- Compare the status with the definitions in States and outcomes.
Problem: The EviNotice appears in the list, but the latest event is not visible yet.
Cause: The list may not have refreshed since the last delivery or recipient-action update.
Solution:
- Use Refresh if it is available.
- Reload the page if needed.
- Open the transaction details if you need to inspect the recorded events directly.
